Planning & design

At Dula, planning covers all phases, from design to execution planning. At our international planning office, experts in the fields of architecture, interior design, lighting design and design employ state-of-the-art technology to develop concepts for shopfitting and interior design. We focus equally on spatial conditions, individual customer requirements and the highest standards of design. Lighting design

At Dula, lighting design is at the heart of every ceiling installation. We use state-of-the-art software to simulate lighting conditions in the planning phase to ensure precise and efficient implementation. Development & Dula systems

Dula has its own in-house development department. Innovative answers are found here for each of your individual requirements. But this specialist department also develops Dula's own system solutions.

Our Dula systems are based on the individual wishes and requirements of our customers. They combine innovative components and appealing functions that are easy to use and highly flexible. Dula systems make it possible to implement individual design ideas and the desired ambience – whether system-based or tailor-made. For us, system and individuality are not mutually exclusive but complement each other perfectly to create a harmonious overall concept.

Project management & -controlling

From the first meeting, planning and design, and development to production, logistics and assembly, and invoicing, one of our specialists will always be there to support you. In addition, project management coordinates the efficient use of all departments and resources and keeps an eye on deadlines and costs – in a transparent and comprehensible manner. Production

At Dula, every production step is precisely planned and thought out. Even before the start of the first cut, all details are prepared exactly in 3D drawings. This allows us to identify potential sources of error at an early stage and ensure the success of our projects. A high degree of automation allows simple tasks to be carried out efficiently by robots, while complex tasks are carried out manually by our specialist teams. More than 100,000 m² worldwide, including over 80,000 m² of pure production space, are available for the processing of our orders.

Logistics & assembly

As an authorised economic operator (AEO-certified since 2010), we are your trusted partner for worldwide logistics and assembly. With successfully completed deliveries to over 115 countries, we master even the most complex customs regulations and offer a wide range of certifications to get your goods safely to their destination. Our customs clearance professionals significantly speed up the process, while our on-site assembly team is on hand to install your interior on time and accurately. Whether by truck, ship or air freight – we ensure smooth, worldwide import processing and absolute commitment to deadlines. Efficiency and sustainability are at the heart of everything we do, especially in logistics.

General contractor

Hire Dula as an expert general contractor and benefit from comprehensive project management from a single source. We take over the entire planning, coordination and execution of all trades in interior and building construction from our location in Spain – from the first consultation to the handover of the keys. Our experienced teams ensure a smooth process and guarantee that all project phases are implemented professionally and on time.

Maintenance

With regard to our CSR principles, we rely on durable shopfitting components. Therefore, we also offer comprehensive maintenance and repair services to ensure that your furniture always remains in the best condition. Whether just repainting or a complete facelift after a few years – we are happy to support you in the long term. While your furniture is being reworked off-site, we can provide you with temporary replacement furniture. In addition, we offer the production, delivery and assembly of spare parts. With tailor-made maintenance instructions, remote diagnostics and repair documentation, we ensure smooth maintenance.
